What is next?

This is the start of a new series where I will discuss weather the next upcoming week, and other stuff that is happening.

Weather Wise

Monday is going to be rather chilly. Due to the patterns, most of the potential heat from this weekend was lost, and most places are starting Monday Morning out in the middle of the teens in terms of temperatures. Temperatures for Monday will likely only reach into the mid 30's, maybe the high 30's if you are lucky. Calm winds throughout the day, but will be picking back up in the evening. Overnight, expect temperatures to get around the mid to low 20's for the low.

Tuesday will be warmer, getting into the low to mid 40s with mostly cloudy conditions. Overnight, partly cloudy conditions with a low around the mid to low 20's.

Wednesday will be close to the same story, just a few clouds during the day as temperatures get in the mid 40's again. Overnight, low temperature expected to be around the 27-28 mark.

Thursday will see some warming up, with sunny conditions, temperatures look to be around the upper 40's, lower 50's for the daily high. Overnight, back down to around the 35 degree mark.

Friday does carry a 20% chance of rain during the day and overnight, but will have a high temperature in the low to mid 50's, and overnight, cooling back off again to having an overnight low around 30.

Not seeing a whole lot in terms of our next weather system other than the high pressure for the next couple of days. There is a slight risk for heavy snowfall, and guidance for below normal temperatures next week, and I will be watching that closely and seeing how it will turn out.

Supporting WoolawayWx

In early 2025, WoolawayWx will be launching on a new platform, called Patreon. Patreon is a platform that allows creators (such as me) to be able to create tiers, and people (such as you) can subscribe to those tiers to support your favorite creators (or in this case, meteorologist). I know that many people who do this type of thing puts stuff behind a paywall and stuff like that, but my plan is not to do that, but more focus on keeping the same content that I have done forever now on social media, and on the website, absolutely free, as it always has been. Please don't get me wrong, my values have not changed, and I still fully believe that people should get good, solid, and reliable weather information that is easy to get to, and most importantly, free. With that being said, the funds for Patreon will go towards covering expenses that come from operating the page, website, etc., making sure that the money coming from the community that supports WoolawayWx, goes right back to that group in a different way.
I am still in the process of getting it all set up, so as of the moment, it is not available to subscribe to, yet. I am aiming to get it out and public before February hopefully. Now you might be asking, how much does it cost, and it is simple, there is one tier, and that tier is $1 per month (plus tax and fees that I can't control), but that $1 a month will go directly towards supporting WoolawayWx. In the future, I would love to be able to make this from social media post, YouTube post, etc, but as of the moment, the page, and website are not there. I will have another post once I get everything done, and have some more details on what all you can expect, and how you can join.

Till then, Stay Warm!
