If you have ever bought something, I am sure you can relate to the saying above. Weather is the same way. If you want good data, it is not cheap. Want a bad forecast, get a free weather app on your phone. You can watch it update real time to make sure it is right vs actually having somewhat okay forecast to start with, just in order ot make sure that you, the consumer feel like it is right.
